Adventure. Fame. Fortune. Immortality. All Await if you survive the fall.

"Um, back there," you answer while pointing the direction you last came from. The un-named man nods his thanks and leaves. You llok at the berries in your hand and don't feel reassured they are safe know what they are. The fall from your hand and to the ground. What next? you wonder as you look around the endless forest.

You're clearly very lost. Some people speak English, some don't, and trolls and such are real. Is there magic, too? you wonder. May you could get someone to teach you some. YOu'll have to find dome but you'll have to fit in first.

The troll was wearing simple clothing that tied, too many belts, and a cloak. The adventuring party had armor, weapons, and cloaks. The man that just left was wearing a vest and tunic, wool pants, and a cloak. You need a cloak, then you'll fit in. To find a cloak you'll have to go towards town. Which way is that?

As you look around for any inkling as to which direction would be best you hear a whistle. Taking it as a sign yoy start in that direction. It's not until you step back into the clearing that you realize it was the direction you came from. And what you see is not a city or any form of civilization.

The cloaked man is defending himself from the staff wielding trolls... two of them. One is chanting something and a dark mist is forming around the head of his staff (There is magic!) while the other is bringing his staff down over his head. It doesn't look good but the sight of the armored paladin charging him with her sword drawn makes it even worse. The dwarf is standing to the side looking for the best angel in whihc to get in on the melee. That leaves the ranger who is smart enough not to shoot into melee. Instead he's spotted you and it's too late for you to dodge.

Ouch.
