Adventure. Fame. Fortune. Immortality. All Await if you survive the fall.

Knocking on a door to a house miles from anywhere that has no signs of modern living still sounds like a good plan and give that wooden door a firm rap. The sound echoes inside and responds with silence. As you turn to go the door opens and a woman leans out.

The first thing you notice is that the side of her face is purple and swollen. One eye is open no more than a slit. Worry and fear reflect in her face but she manages a cockeyed smile at you. She says something quickly, shaking her head, and begins to close the door. You stop it, propping it open your foot and you see that she wasn't trying to hide behind the door but that's she chained to the wall and that's as far as she can reach. As you push the door further open, she's not very strong, you can see she's nude and heavily pregnant. She's shaking her head and talking fast but tears are coming from her eyes. Her gaze keeps going to the pastures beyond the house, something out there is the cuase of her fear.

"I want to help," you tell her and her eyes grow wide. She swallows hard and then smiles with a relieved laugh. She talks rapidly again but you respond with a shake of you're head this time.

"'Merican," she finally says pointing at you.

"Yah," you say proudly. She lets out an excited squeal and begins crying freely and motions to her shackle. You spy a key hanging by the door well out of her reach. After freeing her she grabs the dress hanging from the clothes and leads you by the wrist to the pasture. She takes you directly to a man lounging under a thick tree amid grazing sheep. As you both approach he stands and you realize this is no man.

He rises to his full height, almost a meter above your own, and flexes his shoulders, which are pretty damn broad. He has the gut of a lazy sheepherder that eats well and stocky legs to hold such a mass. His borrow furls in anger and yells at the woman holding your wrist before looking leeringly at you.

"Kill him," the woman orders you. Clearly this ogre is the cause of this woman's distress, and probably the bruised face as well but killing him may be beyond your capabilities. What do you do?

There's a dagger at the ogre's side, if I can grab that I have a chance.

I look out for me, I'm sure I can out run him on my own.

There's no way I can take him in a fight but I'm not leaving her here either.
